Leveraging decades of combined experience in the teleradiology industry, we can connect Radiology Departments from coast to coast with quality, reputable, Teleradiology Providers offering the solutions you require.
TeleRad Direct utilizes five (5) processes to ensure we match your facility or group to the teleradiology provider (Network of 40+ Teleradiology Providers) that best fit your immediate needs and ensures a long-term relationship.
Our goal is achieved when the Teleradiology Provider you’ve selected is recognized simply as an extension of your Radiology Department or Group.
Process 1: Conduct a Needs Interview
(proposal(s) returned within 24-Hours)
During our (10-15 minute) interview we will gain a better understanding of your immediate and long-term needs, your culture, and areas of service that are most concerning to you. This information will be used to formulate an accurate proposal, from multiple teleradiology providers, normally within 24-hours.
While we work to have up-to-date information from teleradiology providers to fulfill proposals that cover all scenarios, there may be instances where we need to gather additional information to provide an accurate proposal. In these instances, we will inform you of that situation and diligently gather the data to provide you the proposals that meet your requirements.
NOTE: Your identity remains confidential, unless otherwise discussed.
Process 2: Introduction to 1-3 Companies
(identified to fulfill your requirements)
Following your review of the proposal, we will arrange an “introductory meeting” with the 1-3 companies that best fulfill your requirements and you wish to proceed. During this time, any questions or concerns can be answered, clarified, and discussed.
Process 3: Discovery Meeting
(proposals adjusted, if necessary)
While this provides assurance and confirmation, industry experience can usually be relied upon to eliminate this step until after an agreement is signed, provided the HIPAA compliant interface/connection type has been established (i.e., bi-directional HL7, uni directional HL7, or other secure connection) and method of delivering rei
If necessary, or added assurance is desired, we will set-up a “discovery meeting” or “connectivity interview” with the providers you are considering.
Process 4: Vetting Process & Contract
(optional)
We can assist you in the vetting process and facilitate an agreement to assure mutually beneficial/competitive rates.
We vet all the teleradiology providers on:
- Reputation
- Financial Health
- Operational Strength
- Size & Location
- Current Capacity
- Company Structure
TeleRad Direct fees are paid by the teleradiology provider and structured for long-term successful partnerships. In other words, we get paid better when your needs are fulfilled over longer periods of time.
Process 5: Long-Term Retention Process
(optional, recommended)
TeleRad Direct believes that clear communication is at the root of maintaining a long-term relationship between company and teleradiology vendor.
By maintaining consistent contact and implementing surveys at designated intervals, we act as third-party to mediate and resolve any levels of dissatisfaction.
Third-Party Sounding Board: Telerad Direct remains open to receiving any feedback from our customers and Teleradiology Providers. It is our hope that we have properly vetted and matched the right Teleradiology Provider to the Group/Facility/Hospital. We work to first resolve any issues or situations. When necessary, we will work to provide the customer (hospital, rad group, facility) and the Teleradiology Provider alternative options to ensure the expectations of all are met or exceeded.
NOTE: TeleRad Direct fees are paid by the teleradiology provider and structured for long-term successful partnerships. In other words, we get paid better when your needs are fulfilled over longer periods of time.
We have ensured our agreements are following state and federal policies and do not violate the Anti-Kickback Statute or Safe Harbor regulation.
